CleanSlate Bets — Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

When you register, favorite bets, or upload custom statistical models on CleanSlate Bets, we collect basic account credentials (email address, username), session authentication tokens, and user preferences (notification settings, projection tweaks). We never collect or store payment credit card numbers directly; all billing is processed securely by Stripe.

2. Performance Records & Transparency

Our core mission is total transparency. Historical betting performance metrics, graded edges, and aggregated statistics are published openly on our platform. Your personal account notes and identity remain strictly private unless you choose to share a public bet slip or export.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data solely to:

• Deliver real-time prop edges, line updates, and pregame alerts.
• Maintain your persistent betslip, active portfolio, and custom projection blend settings.
• Grade completed bets accurately against verified box scores.
• Provide customer support via our dedicated Discord and email channels.

4. Contact Information

For privacy inquiries or data deletion requests, contact our privacy officer at [email protected].
